THESWEETLAND isn’t just a lolly shop — it’s a place full of memories.

We’re a family-owned business that first opened in West Auckland in 1996, and since the very beginning of Botany Town Centre in 2001, we’ve been right here in the same spot — one of the longest-standing stores in the centre.

Over the years, we’ve seen children walk in wide-eyed at the sight of sweets… and then return as adults with kids of their own, smiling and saying,
“I used to come here when I was your age.”
Moments like that mean everything to us.

We truly love what we do. Whether it’s creating a chocolate bouquet for someone special 💕, pairing it with a giant plush gift, or putting together thoughtful hampers, we’re always thinking about how to make each gift feel personal and memorable.

From classic old-fashioned lollies to premium chocolates, bulk pick & mix, handmade treats, and fun novelty goodies — there’s always something to discover (and usually something hard to resist).

One of the most rewarding parts of our journey is seeing customers who’ve moved overseas still reaching out, asking friends and family to stop by and send a little piece of The Sweet Land to them.
